Ron Silver serves as Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer & Treasurer of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a publicly traded commercial pharmaceutical company dedicated to making a difference for those living with gastrointestinal diseases. Prior to joining Ironwood, Ron held various accounting and financial reporting positions at Eze Software Group, a PE-backed investment management ERP software and services company. Earlier in his career, Ron held various positions of increasing responsibility in the audit and consulting practices at RSM, LLP, the nation’s 5th largest CPA firm. Ron is a Certified Public Accountant, earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
