He has a specialization in Hospital Administration from IAHCS/PUCRS and an MBA in Strategic Management and Information Technology from FGV. Founder and former General Director of the Faculty of Education and Health Sciences at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz. He was a Full Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at PUC-RS. Coordinator and Professor of the MBA in Management and Innovation in Medicine at IBCMED/ÂNIMA. He was vice-president of the Brazilian Association of Telemedicine and Telehealth (ABTms). President of Global Summit Telemedicine & Digital Health APM.
