Guilhem Richard, Ph.D. is the CSO/CTO of EpiVax Therapeutics, Inc. (EVT), a next-generation precision immunotherapy company. Dr. Richard joined the EVT team in 2019 and has 10 years of experience in computational immunology. Prior to this, he worked with Dr. De Groot and Mr. Martin at EpiVax and spearheaded enhancements to EpiVax’s state-of-art immunoinformatic tools for the identification and characterization of T cell epitopes. In 2017, he initiated the development of EpiVax's new computational platform for personalized cancer immunotherapies (Ancer) and conducted bioinformatics-driven animal studies. His contributions to the Ancer immuno-oncology bioinformatics platform prompted EpiVax to create its EVT subsidiary. His doctoral work at Boston University led him to study the effect of obesity in periodontal diseases and to develop computational frameworks to model the response to infection in macrophages.
