Elba is the founder of the 501(c)(3) social impact organization ShowMe50.org. The non-profit’s vision is to achieve 50% women in senior leadership positions by influencing change in workplace cultures and talent management practices. ShowMe50 takes an innovative inclusion approach to DEI. ShowMe50 is a Global Lean In Network Leader, partnering with Sheryl Sandberg and Lean In to help women advance their careers and break down barriers women face at work.Elba was named one of the 50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia by the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She was also the Chair of the UPS Hispanic Business Resource Group, Crecer. During her leadership, Crecer was recognized as the #1 Hispanic Employee Resource Group by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Latina Style Magazine. Elba serves on the board of The Women’s Collective, an initiative of Collier’s International to promote and enhance women leaders.In addition to her non-profit work focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Elba has had a long UPS career in finance including roles in Investor Relations, Marketing and Strategy. Currently, she is applying her business acumen in the field of ESG. As the Sustainability Director of Stakeholder Engagement, she devises and executes strategies to influence value creation for all UPS Stakeholders including employees, customers, communities, suppliers, and investors through a lens of environmental care, social responsibility and governing ethically.
