I am the the Director of ADA Services for NELI. In this position, I conduct in-house ADA training for employers (including manufacturers, federal, state and local governments, and universities), law firms, and bar associations, among others. I have trained tens of thousands of attorneys, HR professionals, and first-line managers. I am the author of Resolving ADA Workplace Questions (49th Ed. 2020), a resource guide which includes relevant Court of Appeals decisions and EEOC decisions.I also give limited enrollment 90-minute webinar classes on how to give your most effective webinars and presentations, using my 10-step program.
