Head of People & Culture

Adria became the Head of People and Culture for Roche Information Solutions in early 2021, following over two decades of service to the Genentech and Roche organisation. Adria joined Genentech in 1999 as a Bioprocess Manufacturing Technician. Since then, she worked in various capacities in the Technical Operations organisation for over ten years (Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technical Development). Through supporting and experiencing the integration of Genentech and Roche, Adria became clear on her passion for people and organisational development. Shortly thereafter, Adria transitioned her career into Human Resources where she has partnered with local and global organisations as an HR business partner enabling organisational change and transformations through the development of people.
