Motus Labs, LLC., located in Dallas, TX, designs and manufactures motion control solutions for automation and robotics applications. The innovative, patented gear architecture offers higher precision, higher torque density, more compact size, and lighter weight solutions meeting the demands of today's automation applications. The design benefits deliver the end-user a better price to performance solution and lower cost of ownership, resulting in improved ROI. As new concepts challenge the robotic and motion control applications of tomorrow, Motus Labs works on conceptual designs which knock down the barriers of today's emerging robotic use cases. These conceptual designs are put through methodical analysis to determine product viability. Once product viability standards are met, prototypes are designed, manufactured and tested before making the product available to the public. Not all concepts and designs in the Lab become a product. Once product viability standards are met they are eligible for MERP to expedite designs and concepts. MERP participants are given a peek into what Motus is working on in The Lab and an opportunity to take advantage of products before they are released.
