Krowdy was founded in 2016 to solve a problem that all organizations go through: Finding talent... without this meaning such a high cost or thousands of hours of work and endless reviews of resumes and candidates who often do not meet the profile . In this process of finding the solution, we asked ourselves a question: Why, if all of us (thanks to the use of technology) have changed many of our habits, do companies continue recruiting in the same way? Thus, supported by the use of three technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Crowdsourcing and SmartVideos, Krowdy develops a digital recruitment platform that finds, filters and evaluates candidates in a more optimal way, since the most operational parts of the process have been automated and digitized.
