Craftsbury Consulting’s mission is to help business owners and individuals craft their path to success. For business owners contemplating a sale of their business ($10M - $100M+ in revenue), it is about positioning your business for maximum value and preparing for the rigors of a sale process. Together we will analyze the business through the lens of prospective buyers, in the process identifying key opportunities to enhance value while at the same time addressing potential detractors to the business. Founders/owners will gain important insight into what a sale process entails, how to find the right advisors, who could be the likely buyers and what that might mean for the company stakeholders. By helping owners think through the desired outcomes of a sale in advance, we will be crafting the path for a successful exit. For individuals, and in particular women in finance roles, it is about helping you identify and play to your strengths in a way that is authentic and empowering. We will explore the role confidence plays in all aspects of career development, the power of a positive mindset, overcoming obstacles and how to improve team dynamics. The Career Development Engagement involves work with both the individual and their supervisor, facilitating meaningful and additive communication regarding strengths and focus areas, as well as helping to build a more inclusive and collaborative work environment. The work completed will help individuals flourish in their current role while crafting their path to future promotions.
