Alura

Alura makes up the largest technology education ecosystem in Brazil and its mission is to transform lives and careers. A little bit of our history! 🤿 Alura emerged as Caelum's online platform, the face-to-face technology school of our business ecosystem. The project developed by Paulo and Guilherme Silveira began when the two realized that many male and female students did not have access to the content they intended to study due to distance and time issues, and still others were better suited to different class rhythms, often in a format different from face-to-face courses. It was then that the online platform was born in 2011 and, with its success, the Alura brand was created in June 2013. To this day, Alura's mission is to be more than a technology learning platform.
