Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Tre is responsible for evaluating and enhancing Market Synergy Group’s strategic positioning while identifying avenues for business development and growth. In this capacity, he focuses on building strategic partnerships and creating innovative opportunities in the annuity and retirement product space. Throughout his career, he has led the launch and execution of 17 custom multi-asset indices, which represent more than $23 billion of AUM in the marketplace. Most recently, as head of U.S. insurance solutions at Credit Suisse, Tre was responsible for developing and executing the firm’s custom solutions and strategies business for the insurance client base. He holds B.S. degrees in business economics, management, and finance from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University where he was a Boyle Scholar.
