Ann Clark, America's largest maker of cookie cutters and a leader in baking supplies, is growing fast on Amazon and its ecommerce website. Our marketers, product developers and logistics experts sell millions of cookie cutters a year, to the energizing din of die-forming machines and classic rock.I teach digital marketing to undergrads at University of Vermont's Grossman School of Business and Champlain College's Stiller School of Business.As Marketing Director at Gardener’s Supply Company I led a team driving $60M revenue through email, online advertising and direct mail. I also directed an Amazon, Walmart and Target marketplace program that grew 37% in 2019.I was Senior Product Manager of Keurig.com, a $300M Internet Retailer Top 100 company. We continuously improved ecommerce features and functionality, mobile UX, subscription, and our martech tools. I led the Web Content team, partnered with UX/UI, and launched the Amazon 3P business.As senior manager for the $130M GreenMountainCoffee.com, I led email, online advertising, SEO, loyalty and 165K-member Cafe Express subscription business.I wrote three business books: "Advanced Social Media Marketing" (Apress), "Social Media Playbook for Business" (ABC-CLIO) and "Web 2.0 and Beyond" (Praeger).
