Taylor M. Crotty leads Cyber Administration at BlackRock, with responsibility for Cyber Assessments, Cyber Partnerships, Cyber Training & Awareness including the Firm’s cyber resilience initiatives, and Business Management for the Information Security department including fiscal management, talent management, and strategic project management. Prior to assuming her current role, Taylor was the Global Head of Cyber Resilience & Data Protection, responsible for preparing BlackRock and key partners critical to BlackRock’s business operations to respond to a cyber event, and optimizing the protection of Firm and Client information. In this capacity she led a team responsible for 24x7 triage of potential threats to Firm and Client information, coordinated periodic, tabletop-style training exercises (“Wargames”) with BlackRock’s most critical provider partners, internal business functions, and at the sector level, and drove strategic workflow analysis initiatives for Information Security, leveraging deep technical expertise to identify and mitigate security risks across the Firm.
