Sterling Shea is Head of Practice Strategy for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, responsible for all aspects of Teaming, Partnering, and the newly created Center for Practice Strategy at the Firm. The team’s goal is to foster authentic wealth management teams and help them apply strategy in their business, resulting in stronger growth, efficiency, and better client engagement. Sterling is also a member of the Field Management Group’s Operating Committee in Wealth Management. With total client assets of $2.6 trillion, Morgan Stanley is one of the world’s leading wealth managers.Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sterling spent 23 years at Dow Jones & Company, serving as the Global Head of Wealth and Asset Management at Barron’s Group. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Invest in Others, a non-profit foundation that seeks to recognize the philanthropic and charitable activities of Financial Advisors.
