Sid Hussmann's professional journey began as an OT technician, where he found fascination in the convergence of disciplines: electronics, mechanics, programming, and robotics. This amalgamation, akin to assembling Lego bricks, fueled his passion for crafting novel innovations.

Following his academic pursuits in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Sid devoted three years to IoT systems' HW/SW co-design research. Since 2011, his trajectory has led him to the defense security domain. Commencing as a firmware engineer, he swiftly ascended to the role of a lead systems architect.

In this capacity, Sid's scope encompassed orchestrating a versatile framework underpinning diverse security products, ranging from 100G link encryption to VPNs, VoIP, and secure radio communication. He was pivotal in crafting a secure notebook for governmental agencies, accompanied by a bespoke operating system tailored for handling classified information of the highest order.
