As the Vice-President R&D- Customer Engineering at Pure Storage, I report directly to the co-founder and chief visionary officer and collaborate with the largest enterprise customers to co-create products and services that address their data challenges and opportunities.

Over the last 25 years I have a proven track record of leading revenue growth of emerging technology solutions including key business applications, infrastructure, cloud and more recently modern analytics and AI. I also have extensive experience in systems engineering and architecture, having led a team of over 700 technical experts at Pure Storage. I hold a certificate in high performance leadership from IMD Business School and a bachelor of commerce from Queen's University. I am a well-respected keynote industry speaker across North America and a strong advocate of people, process, and technology transformation. My goal is to work for a great company with a vibrant ecosystem, work with great people who challenge the world around them, and drive interesting debates around new ideas, building minimally viable products and failing fast.
