I have over 35 years of Leadership and Development experience, and am a true learning and development specialist who has been sought after globally. I work with Leaders, Businesses, Teams, and Individuals to solve their development needs. Currently, I have worked in over 40 countries on 6 continents, and have a true ‘Global’ mindset. My background in presentation design, development, facilitation, team dynamics, and coaching helps me create and execute the best approach for my learners.I currently serve as the Chief Learning Officer for Baker Hughes, where I oversees the learning journey and helps shape the company culture through people development. In this strategic role, I am able to influence learning strategy, while providing a personal journey tailored to the Baker Hughes learners needs. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, I was President and Owner of ConleyGlobal for over 10 years. ConleyGlobal specialized in team dynamics and executive coaching. My client list included Fortune 10, Fortune 100, and Fortune 500 companies, along with Independent and Small Businesses. Additionally, many non-profit companies including several focusing on the LGBTQ+ community.
