Sam Foster is the General Manager of Tyler Technologies – Tyler Maine Division which has proudly served InforME and the State of Maine since 1999. He and his team partner with state and municipal leaders to provide over 100 valuable online services to Maine citizens including vehicle and driver license renewal, hunting and fishing licensing, and over the counter (OTC) systems. Prior to his work in Maine, Sam worked alongside Rhode Island state leaders to rapidly develop a suite of COVID-19 applications, modernize the Office of the Secretary of State’s point-of-sale systems, and develop secure webservices used by businesses to maintain streamlined sales tax compliance. He is passionate about implementing flexible, scalable, and accessible technologies that can be leveraged to create convenient, impactful user experiences.
