SSON's 2022 State of the Industry Survey found the top 3 objectives for European GBS and shared services are to digitise data, leverage more automation platforms and rethink their operating model. In fact, 47% of the surveyed European market are transitioning or plan to transition to a GBS model in the next 3-5 years.
