Robert serves as Mathison's VP of Data and Analytics where he leads the organization's data strategy and infrastructure, as well as the delivery of analytics insights for their DEI mission. Robert has been a senior data and analytics leader for over 15 years, working in Academia, medical research, healthcare insurance, and HR analytics. Before joining Mathison, Robert built and led a cross-industry data science consultancy that helped create new data science practices within larger organizations. He has created multiple, patented machine learning techniques and is the lead author of many scientific papers published in top academic journals.
