As an experienced and client-focused leader, my goal is to align our firm to lead and drive change so we can deliver more and more value to our clients. Our clients and their families have important goals and we can help them build their confidence in living better lives by working with them to develop personal financial strategies. My previous leadership roles in the firm’s Executive, Management and Audit Committees have prepared me to partner with firm leaders to discern and drive initiatives that affect our clients' futures. As Managing Partner, I'm excited about the future vision of our role in this industry, but more importantly in the lives of tens of millions of individuals.I'm also passionate about engaging and inspiring others to develop and contribute at their highest potential. The leaders of Edward Jones foster an environment that enables us all to strive, to grow and to succeed. I'm proud to be the senior executive sponsor for our firm's LGBTA Business Resource Group and a strong supporter of diversity and women's efficacy in the workplace. Working in the community and through charity and industry groups allows me to take my passion for developing others to a wide audience. Those before us have had audacious goals for the future they sought to create. My personal philosophy is to be comfortable being uncomfortable, for that is where growth truly lies, and we find that we are capable of so much more.
