Paul is one of the Founders & CEO at The Uncommon League. Paul is also the full-time instructor for Project Management, Agile, and Strategic Enterprise Analysis. Paul is the author of “Fail Fast Fail Safe - Harnessing Failure to Succeed” and “The Uncommon Book of Analysis Techniques” books. Paul has presented at events all over North America including BA World, Project Summit, Local IIBA Chapter Meetings and other events. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, education, and government sectors in the roles of CFO, Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Educator, Editor, Business Analyst and Green Belt Process Improvement. Paul was president and a member of the award winning leadership team for the IIBA MSP Chapter. Paul is a board member of the Sing Your Life - Uncommon Foundation. Through his leadership the foundation has been working with TechFluent, Women in Technology, and other organizations to bring Business Analysis, Agile, Product Management, and Project Management skills to new audiences as a viable career to lift many talented individuals into a technology career. Paul has provided workshops at many events all over North America. Presented at the PMBA conference in Toronto, Vancouver, and Orlando in addition to workshop events virtually online and in person in Chicago, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Vancouver, Winnipeg, New York, Washington DC, and our home base of Minneapolis for Business Analysis, Product Management, Agile Techniques, Domain and Capability Management, and Using Business Analysis in Agile Strategy. Paul has been presenting multiple workshop events and training through The Uncommon League as an instructor and speaker at conferences.
