Prior to Green's executive coaching and consulting career, she was an executive leader for the world's largest HR association. During that time, she became a fierce advocate for the HR profession and ensured the voice of hundreds of thousands of global HR leaders was heard and respected around the table. It was also during this time she realized that not all c-suite tables and experiences are the same-she now had an opportunity to help CEOs and their talented suitemates achieve more than individual excellence, but to gain competitive advantage. Today, Green works with leaders aspiring to executive leadership, and those in executive ranks who've come to terms with this one crucial acknowledgment: what got you here won't keep you here. Because economies shift, customer expectations shift, and talent competition is fierce, a new playbook is in order, and she has that playbook for the executive team willing to listen, willing to shift their thinking, and willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work.

Today, Pam works with each tier of leadership (leaders, executives, and boards) to help them achieve their professional and organizational competitive advantage. Pam's approachable style as a speaker, facilitator, and coach, allows her to create a psychologically safe environment for her clients to make transformative and sustainable shifts in their conduct, attitude, and behavior. Pam holds certifications as an Internal Conflict Coach (ICC), an SPHR from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and her MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Management to continue leading dynamic organizations through complex problems.
