I’ve spent most of my career either running or being part of different transformations at large companies in India, Switzerland, and the United States. My choice of roles has usually been determined by the complexity of the transformations that have been presented to me or the lure of going after large growth objectives that could transform the industry through Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, or Pure Organic growth. As someone who has had a non-linear career path to the C-Suite, I have had the privilege to spend more than a decade across different types of Leadership Roles in Operations and in Technology and it has given me a unique understanding of how to make Technology work for a business. In my Technology Leadership roles, I bring the lens of a Technically Specialized Business Leader who uses technology as an enabler to drive a Business Outcome. My goal is to continue to move forward as a leader who has an acute knowledge of technology, systems, and processes that can be built to scale or can be used to propel the business forward.
