Miguel is a Systems Engineer with over 30 years of experience in managerial and technological consulting, primarily within the financial services industry. His expertise is centered around digital technology strategies, artificial intelligence, automation, digital architectures, and enablers for the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Technology Consulting Leader for EY in the Central America and Caribbean region, Miguel is dedicated to implementing innovative technological solutions that drive digital transformation. He has led projects in various countries, including Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and more. Additionally, he is a founding member of the student chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) at Western Carolina University, where he pursued master's degrees in Business Administration and Project Management.
