I am passionate and endlessly curious about how people make decisions and solve the problems of their lives. I love to work at the intersection of all things customer experience – product, service, brand, technology, analytics, employees, marketing and more - knowing that when you get it right, it becomes your biggest growth driver. I like to think I’m a balanced creative / analytical thinker.

I’m also passionate about collaboration and I believe diverse opinions and experiences drive superior outcomes. I strive to lead teams that innovate and raise the bar while operating with integrity and empathy. I’ve learned that I love strategy but that culture wins. And in my spare time, I try to figure out how to make healthy versions of my kids' favorite junk food.
