Michele Campion joined ESAB Corporation in September 2020 as the VP, Human Resources. She now serves as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer where she leads the global HR strategy for the company in partnership with the executive team. Campion prioritizes integrity, respect, and fairness while driving strategic business outcomes and empowering team members.Prior to joining ESAB Corporation, Campion worked at Under Armour, leading HR Business Partner and HR Operations & Analytics teams, supporting a high-growth global and iconic brand, and overseeing the work of more than 14,000 colleagues worldwide. Her experiences at Under Armour, McCormick & Co., and BP, among others, built her expertise in leading transformational change centered on efficiency and reliable delivery.Michele Campion earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and an M.S. in Biotechnology with a concentration in Biotech Enterprise from Johns Hopkins University.
