Michael Murphy (@theindesigner) is a Senior Digital Media Solutions Consultant for Adobe, acting as a technical liaison for Adobe’s largest enterprise customers in broadcast, retail, and other markets. Prior to joining Adobe, Michael spent 25 years as a hands-on designer, art director, and creative director, pushing the limits of Adobe software every day for a wide variety print and digital projects. He's the author of two books from Adobe Press, five video training courses on Lynda.com, and the creator and host of The InDesigner blog and video podcast. An unapologetic sci-fi and comic book lover, Michael is based in Connecticut, where he is usually being run ragged by his three kids when not geeking out over technology, photography, and videography.
