Michael Error has worked in Information Technology for over 35 years with more than 15 years in varying Executive Management roles. He has been the Vice President of Information Technology at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota for the past 6 years. Michael has experience in all aspects of IT – Applications Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, etc. As a leader, Michael is passionate about solving the problems many businesses face with their IT organizations. This includes areas such as Business to IT alignment, and large transition efforts such as cloud adoption, and Digital Transformation which Michael is certified in. Michael has led the BCBSND IT department to be recognized on “ComputerWorld’s Best Places to Work in IT” list 2 years in a row.
