Matt Goff

Managing Director, Canada

Matt is the Managing Director for Modern Hire in Canada. He is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships across the Modern Hire client base, with a specific focus on advising organizations on their talent acquisition and talent management strategies, often involving the deployment of Psychometric assessments. Matt’s education is rooted in Industrial and Sport Psychology, having received his Masters degree in the latter discipline from one of the leading institutions in the field, University of Exeter (UK). Prior to joining Modern Hire, Matt spent 12 years with CEB Talent Assessment (formerly SHL) in a variety of commercial leadership roles in Toronto and London, in addition to leadership roles at Optimum Talent, LHH Knightsbridge and Huthwaite. Matt is based in the beautiful city of Hamilton, Ontario.
