I have been working in the HR world since 2018, I started contributing from Hiring to the assembly of Technology teams. Over the years, I have been building on my experience and exploring new aspects of the role. I consider myself passionate about studying, accompanying and teaching about Leadership and Team Development. I am part of BenchClub's #G29, I trained at UCEMA on People Experience and at Digital House I did the Digital Talent Program. I have a degree in Psychology.
