Maria builds things - fast. Whether it's building a product or team, or generating results and revenue, her north star is always impact and speed. She is always thinking, "how can we make the biggest impact most efficiently but thoughtfully?" This is a recurring theme in all of my current and previous roles.

Her expertise is in both Product and Growth, but she is a high-level, strategic thinker with broad startup and venture capital experience. Her skill sets come from that rare intersection of product, growth marketing, and venture capital. She has seen companies from the top down - invested in founders and sat in on boards, and she has seen companies from the bottom up - built products and infrastructure from 0 to 1. Her experience in consumer product and growth spans the entire customer journey from acquisition to lifecycle to retention.
