Lina Duarte has more than 7 years of experience in IT process engineering and pre-clinical research. She supports her clients by tactically and strategically organizing and managing projects and deliverables. Her experience in academia, enterprise wide companies and process development allow her to provide clients with solutions to close organizational gaps. At Halloran, Ms Duarte works on a myriad of projects ranging from product development to project management in chemical manufacturing. She has developed, implemented and managed infrastructure technology assessments with focuses on regulatory and 21 CFR compliance to ensure systems used in GxP-related research are properly qualified and maintained as validated. She has worked on a myriad of data strategy and technology growth strategy projects as well.Before joining Halloran, Ms Duarte worked as a consultant at Xyster Consulting where she created and implemented critical IT business processes for State Street Bank. Before Xyster, Ms Duarte worked as a lab manager and molecular biologist at Boston University where she managed projects and did pre-clinical research focused on congenital muscular dystrophy.Ms Duarte earned a Master of Science in human molecular physiology. She has her Bachelor of Arts and Science in biochemistry & molecular biology and political science & public policy from Boston University. She is also certified in product management and is a native Spanish speaker.
