Lauren Bataille has been working at the intersection of healthcare and technology for over a decade, and is currently Head of Novartis US Clinical Development and Medical Affairs Digital Capabilities Group. In this role, Ms Bataille is spearheading the use of data and digital health solutions to transform trial efficiencies, evidence generation, and customer engagement across priority brands. She is leading enterprise-level initiatives to drive the broad acceptance of DCTs, digital measures and novel care delivery pathways among patients, HCPs, and health systems. Ms Bataille is also a founding Advisory Board Member of the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe).Previously, Ms Bataille was at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research where she launched the organization’s digital endpoint strategy, focused on driving multi-stakeholder partnerships, conducting clinical research, and managing an investment portfolio of emerging digital health technologies. Ms Bataille graduated with an MS in Neuroscience & Behavior from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and holds a BA in Neuropsychology from the University of Massachusetts’ Commonwealth Honors College.
