Merging market dynamics with regulatory changes to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial, I guide companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 10 in building models of care that capture new opportunities. After more than 25 years in Washington, I have deep relationships across the industry and a historical understanding of health care policy. In addition to advising clients, I founded three coalitions that envision a future where patients have access to telehealth, more options in the home, and integration of social services with clinical care. Having held meaningful roles in the United States Senate, the Obama Administration, the National Governors Association and in state government, I am uniquely qualified to spot trends that will drive change across health care.
