Over the last 20+ years, I have lead data science teams in building big data analytics applications in a multi-cloud setting while tackling complex privacy and security challenges. These solutions were used to make operational decisions about financial products in insurance and banking, human resource development, IT project management and solving computationally hard operations research problems in manufacturing and retail. Examples of a first of a kind applications that we pioneered include Chef Watson (with coverage in NY Times and WSJ) and Cognitive Dress (with Marchesa) that brought AI techniques to creative pursuits.
