Katie Solomon is Managing Director, Talent Management at Genstar Capital. She works across the firm’s portfolio to help drive growth through the identification, assessment and acquisition of talent. Katie brings experience in recruiting, investor relations, finance and consulting to her role at the firm. Prior to joining Genstar in 2011, Katie was Vice President, Human Capital and Investor Relations at Vector Capital. Previously, she worked in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier, Katie led the marketing team at Harvard Business School Career Services and directed the global investment banking recruiting department at Robertson Stephens. Katie began her career as a Consultant with Bain & Company. Katie received her B.A., M.A. and M.B.A. from Stanford.
