As the Director of the Center for WorkLife Wellbeing at ChristianaCare, I direct a team of wellbeing psychologists and researchers who develop, deliver, and study programs to promote and sustain the wellbeing of healthcare professionals. I believe that wellbeing at work requires attention to individual and system-level factors and that innovative interventions and advocacy can reduce reduce barriers to help-seeking, identify and remedy contextual concerns, and allow resilient healthcare professionals to thrive at work.
