Joshua Howe is the Deputy Executive Director for Workforce Training and Remote Working for the Maine Community College (MCCS) Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine’s Workforce. He leads Remote Work for ME project which is training Maine people and employers to be effective, healthy and productive remote workers, and how to lead remote and hybrid teams. He joined MCCS after 19 years with the State of Maine, specializing in system improvement, workforce development, and disability services.
