Jonathan joined Express Scripts in 2001 as a member-facing Customer Service Representative (CSR) and progressed throughout the organization in various leadership roles including CS Supervisor, Implementation Manager, Operations Director, Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Executive. Prior, he served as a Trainer & Certified Pharmacy Technician in teaching hospital & retail settings for over 25 years. Jonathan’s passion lies in helping embrace change from behavioral level. His vast industry experience strategically enhances his account executive role at Express Scripts. He firmly believes in proactive planning while researching & resolving every issue to help clients reach their goals.
