Associate Director - Gene Editing

John C. Moore is Associate Director of Gene Editing at 2seventy bio and research lead for in vivo gene editing programs. John is the 2seventy program lead for the hemophilia gene therapy collaboration with Novo Nordisk and manages strategic alliances with multiple gene therapy delivery partners. John holds a doctorate in Biomedical Science from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his postdoctoral work at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He has focused his career on the development of gene editing paradigms for in vivo modelling and translational development with an emphasis on mRNA, lipid nanoparticle (LNP), and adeno-associated virus (AAV) delivery systems.
