John Glen Stevens has demonstrated industry leadership for years; as President, a Director and an Executive for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and as the President of his state Association of Mortgage Professionals. As Chief Revenue Officer for SRE Mortgage Alliance Inc., he continues to lead, only this time it’s one of the fastest growing wholesale lenders in the industry.

He is tasked with planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns; liaising with sales and public relations teams to align objectives; growing and developing the in-house marketing team; building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals; conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.

With the explosive growth in lending in 2020, Stevens was tasked with building out a team strong enough to serve an influx in new mortgage customers. He succeeded by developing programs like “Focused on You” that spoke directly to industry professionals who were dissatisfied with their current lending options. His ability to focus on Human Capital without taking the humanity out of the equation made him incredibly successful in building out #TeamSRE in 2020.
