Jesse Neidigh is a certified project manager who focuses on transparency and shared expectations while providing quality service and efficiency to the employees of the City and the citizens they serve. He is a graduate of the MOR IT Leadership program who strives to be intentional about learning and is a champion for professional development for his team members. He believes through growing their individual capacity and skillsets, they can be empowered to help the City navigate necessary changes to technology, practices and services successfully. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law.
