Jeremy Fojut is a serial entrepreneur, outdoor enthusiast, and passionate urbanist. Jeremy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Like|Minded, a tech startup that sparks new connections that strengthen workplace cultures. He is also the co-founder of two other multimillion-dollar companies, NEWaukee, an engagement agency, and Newance, a talent agency.Jeremy Fojut has 20+ years of experience applying unique approaches to complex problems to increase engagement, economic development, and awareness for his clients. For example, the NEWaukee Night Market brought millions of people and economic development dollars to revitalize a once forgotten commercial corridor.Jeremy developed a program called Tournavation, a tournament of innovative ideas to solve civic challenges by crowdsourcing community input and allowing people to pitch on stage their solutions. The Tournavation has led to programs like the Night Market, Beerline Trail Extension, the Mayor's Home/Grown Project, health software piloting in Milwaukee Public Schools, and millions in economic development. Jeremy's programs have a wide range of users that address the arts, small business, culture, economic development, and neighborhood identity.In response to Wisconsin's well-noted brain drain issues, Jeremy established a profound platform for employee engagement within companies that tackle leadership development issues, community connection, and increased talent retention. As a result, the innovative, destination-based talent attraction program has led hundreds of new people to move to Milwaukee, WI.In 2019, he expanded the country's first Young Professional Week, which he created in 2011, to a nationwide initiative to attract and retain talent. Young Professional Week was recognized with an Innovation Award from the International Economic Development Council.
