After having a successful first career as a Professional Ballerina, I found myself exploring the HR and Talent Development space. I quickly fell in love with this industry and thus, found my second career and professional home. With this career now spanning over 25 years, I have been fortunate to dive into multiple industries and with a consistent focus on global, large-scale organizations.
My love for continuous learning gave me the focus I needed to obtain my Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Job Performance, numerous certifications, and an ongoing focus on evaluation strategies to measure the impact and value of talent programs to achieving key business results.
My superpower is being able to identify how to build bridges over gaps through cultivating growth.
