Chief Design Officer Jeff Gelfuso leads the Workday Experience Design & Development team to deliver an engaging, accessible, and inclusive experience for all Workday users.

Before joining Workday in 2021, Jeff led multidisciplinary design and product teams for top technology brands such as Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft. Most recently, Jeff was the executive director of Design and User Experience at Facebook, where he was responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, usability, and company-wide design systems and tools. At Amazon, he led the retail experience design team for the consumer division. Prior to Amazon, Jeff led design and product teams for XBOX Live, Windows, and Microsoft Learning.
