I lead our data strategy, both internally for our own organization and externally for clients, helping to ensure that IBM remains the number one AI and hybrid cloud provider for enterprises.

I’m one of the early pioneers of the industry and my expertise enables me to help clients to transform data into business value and improve customer experiences by delivering strategic and innovative capabilities utilizing analytic insight.

I enjoy converting challenges into opportunities; solving the most complex problems through the use of data, AI, and technology to deliver competitive advantage. When I work with clients, I can draw upon my experience of building trusted, enterprise-wide data and AI solutions that serve as the lifeblood of IBM.

As a leader with more than 20 years' experience I know the importance of inspiring, preparing, and supporting teams to thrive through change. Bringing people together and working toward a single cause, encouraging unity and fostering innovation are of the upmost importance to me. I believe that investing in your team members' growth results in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

I’ve recently joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as Independent Director, and during my career I’ve been named as U.S. Chief Data Officer of the Year by the CDO Club 2017; featured in Corinium's Top 100 Innovators in Data and Analytics in 2018, 2019, and 2020; and in 2020, I was also appointed as one of the Global Top 100 Data Visionaries by Truata.

Outside of work, I have a passion for Taekwondo; practicing and teaching this martial art for many years. To prosper in today's tough and competitive market takes an extraordinary mix of skills and insight, and I find clear parallels between both worlds.
