Henry Williams brings more than 30 years of private and public sector work experience. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Mississippi State Personnel Board. In this role, Williams oversees the agency’s internal operations that includes communications, information technology, and administrative services. He also supervises agency’s administrative support of the Employee Appeals Board. Prior to working for Mississippi state government, Henry worked for General Motors Corporation, Delphi Packard Electric Systems, and Delphi Energy & Engine Management Systems in several locations throughout Mississippi, Ohio, and Georgia.
