Harry Turnbull Currently working with MISA Ontario helping Build new Partnerships and advance the Municipal Modernization agenda. Harry retired from the City of Windsor after 35 years, the last 19 as the Chief Information Officer. As a Civil Servant in Government Administration Harry has spent most of his career improving the functions and structure of his community and his work crosses all municipal services including finance, HR, public works, fire, library and many other municipal functions for the 220,000 residences of the City of Windsor. Harry’s vision of improving the economic stability in his community has led him to formidable collaborative efforts of local, federal and provincial governments in the making of "Smarter Cities." Harry has served on many Boards and Associations helping to advance better service to Citizens across Canada. He enjoys bridging the gap between technology and the business by utilizing their applications in real world functions. Harry is a "Natural" Leader with a passion for improving the lives of others as is proofed by his numerous prestigious awards for civil service.
