Francis Suo

Associate Vice President, Data, Analytics and AI product

Francis Suo is an AVP of Data Science at CVS, leading enterprise initiatives to leverage data science to personalize and scale consumer health products across CVS business units. His team also builds, deploys and optimizes machine learning capabilities focusing on optimization, large scale experimentation, wearable based analytics and real time recommendation system. Before CVS, he was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company’s New York office, serving healthcare clients on strategy, transformation, and operation topics as well as a co-founder/product manager for a transformation analytics product. He received his PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2015 with 20+ publications in the field of machine learning. During his PhD, he also co-founded a medical device startup building a wearable vital sign monitor, secured round A investment and secured class II device approval from China’s FDA.
